The FlexForum started talking about the practical requirements for transacting flexibility after hearing a perspective from Australia on some of the things to think about. The Group also confirmed the purpose and timing for a webinar to get views on its thinking so far, particularly on the technical requirements and criteria for responding to network, system and market conditions. These requirements and criteria are intended to describe what flexibility can be used for.
