In the Steering Group meeting on 13 July 2023, the Flex Forum prepared for its incorporation, confirming the candidates for the independent chair and setting the agenda for the upcoming meeting. A submission to the Commerce Commission was decided, focusing on objectives that align with the FlexForum's goals. Additionally, the group committed to finalising and publishing insights on barriers to increasing the availability of flexible resources, emphasising a forward-looking approach. The departure of Margaret Cooney from the Steering Group was noted, with a decision to fill the vacancy post-incorporation.
