Key decisions included approving the Annual subscription policy with flexibility for fees, setting up banking arrangements, and scheduling monthly meetings. The group also discussed the importance of transparency and member communication. Challenges in co-funding were acknowledged, with a commitment to exploring alternative funding options. Additionally, the meeting set the groundwork for the upcoming Workplan Workshop and emphasised the need for agile regulatory changes to support energy flexibility.
