The FlexForum talked through its thinking and advice on how to encourage more learning-by-doing and discussed the draft constitution for incorporating the FlexForum to provide a structured and robust framework for coordinating delivery of the Flexibility Plan. The group also got a briefing from Orion and Wellington Electricity on the customer journey mapping they undertook as part of the Resi-flex project – the mapping reinforced the importance of acting on several of the consumer-focused steps in the Flexibility Plan.
