A digitalised electricity system is needed for flexibility to fully play its part in electrification and decarbonisation. The electricity sector needs to commit to digitalisation and seamless, automated exchange of data and information to realise the opportunity of electrification and flexibility. The first step is to agree to some principles for how this is achieved and what it looks like.
