The FlexForum discussed high-level technical and physical requirements for the operational response to specified conditions – an event – needed by network owners, system operator and market participants.
The purpose of the high-level requirements is to provide the event-related information needed by a DER owner to make decisions about investing in and supplying DER capability and to provide a starting point for a common language for network owners, system operator and market participants.
