"The FlexForum Steering Group's meeting on 12 October 2023 addressed membership dynamics, financial strategies, and operational advancements. Key actions included processing membership requests and subscriptions, granting a subscription waiver to the EEA, and strategising on filling a Steering Group vacancy. The team also discussed funding collaborations with Ara Ake and EECA, alongside progress in engagement activities and workplan development for 2023/24. Financially, the forum has set up banking and accounting systems, with a focus on securing resources for dedicated roles. An upcoming in-person meeting in Wellington on 22 November aims to solidify the forum's workplan."
